RETURN POLICY

GUARANTEE TO YOU

(a) Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped.

(b) The status of your returned item will be emailed to you through every step of the process.

(C) We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our custom-made jewelry. However, if you wish to return your custom piece, please be aware of the following terms:

  • Restocking Fee: All returns of custom-made jewelry are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

REPAIR POLICY

To request a repair, please use our Return Form in our chatbot and be sure to include

(a) Contact name

(b) Telephone number

(c) Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)

(d) A brief description of the problem

(e) Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair.

(f) For items purchased within the last six months, repairs are free of charge.

(g) For purchases over six months old, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply.

(h) All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.

(I) Resizing, Cleaning

RETURNS 

(a) Insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended.

(b) Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged.

(c) If you just have to return a purchase, your items need to arrive at our offices and be in the condition you received it in.

(d) If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the ZAR R1500 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost.

(e) For security reasons, do not write LoveFineJewelry anywhere on the outside of the box

AFTER YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED

(a) Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt.

(b) Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

(a) If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a consultant at +27 21-0130-230 or alternatively use our live chat line, We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay.

(b) We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a return once you have received the shipment.

REFUNDS

(a) You may return goods for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that:

(b) The goods are in their original condition and have not been used, damaged or altered in any way.

(c) For hygienic reasons this excludes earrings and all body jewellery such as nose, belly and toe rings.

(d) All goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any watch guarantee and box.

(e) The original invoice is required as proof of purchase.

(f) Jewelry/rings made to order and according to your requested specifications, purchased hand-made items cannot be returned and money cannot be refunded. Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 68 of 2008)

(g) circumstances under which goods cannot be returned.
These circumstances apply to hand-made and customized goods such as tailored clothing, custom-cut curtains or carpets, personalized gadgets, or jewellery made to order.

EXCHANGES

(a) You have 30 days from the date of purchase in which to exchange your purchase if you are not completely satisfied.The terms and conditions stated above will apply. The option of a gift card is also available.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

(a) If the jewellery or diamonds are defective due to a manufacturing fault they may be returned within six months of the date of purchase provided that:

(b) They were used for the intended purpose.

(c) They have been cared for.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

(a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

(b) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

(c) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

(d) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

WATCHES

(a) Must be returned with the guarantee book, a watch box and any links which may have been removed. 

(b) The price paid by the customer is the price on which the refund is based.

(c) Please note if you ordered more than one item in an order and only returned part of the original order, only what is returned will be exchanged or refunded not the whole order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

(a) For our international customers we accept returns and exchanges.

(b) The terms and conditions stated above will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here, at www.lovefinejewelry.com, if you wish to cancel your purchase order after confirmation,

(a) If the order is not shipped then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.

(b) If the order has already been shipped then the order must be returned in its original packaging unopened and sent back to us for a refund.

(c) For cancellation, you can contact us at our info@lovefinejewelry.com. Upon cancellation, the refund applies to our product only at our sole discretion.

(d) We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

(a) In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever
