To request a repair, please use our Return Form in our chatbot and be sure to include:
(e) Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair.
(f) For items purchased within the last six months, repairs are free of charge.
(g) For purchases over six months old, additional fees based on labor and material costs may apply.
(h) All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
(i) Services include resizing and cleaning.
(a) Insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended.
(b) Ensure returns are securely packaged.
(c) Items must arrive in the condition they were received.
(d) Missing a diamond report incurs a R1500 replacement cost.
(e) For security, do not write "LoveFineJewelry" on the outside of the box.
(a) Returns are processed weekdays within 24–48 business hours of receipt.
(b) You will receive a confirmation email once processed by our Quality Assurance team.

(b) Special orders or shipped items cannot be canceled. If already shipped, contact us for a return setup.
(a) Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:
(a) You may exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Terms above apply. Gift card options are available.
(a) Defective items due to manufacturing faults may be returned within 6 months of purchase, provided:
(a) Must be returned with the guarantee book, watch box, and any removed links.
(b) Refunds are based on the original purchase price.
(c) If only part of an order is returned, only that portion is refunded.
