1. This is a payment authentication program that is safely checked by the cardholder, the dealer and the bank involved.  When making a transaction on a platform that provides 3-D SecureTM payments, the service offers you an extra level of protection against credit card fraud.

2. The procedure is very simple: a window will open and request a one-time password (OTP) from you during the payment step on the Diamondrings.co.za website, after entering your credit card information, as previously negotiated between you and your bank (if your bank provides this service).

3. 3-D SecureTM payments are provided under the brand names 'Checked by Visa' for VISA card holders and 'Mastercard Secure Code' for Mastercards by banks and credit card issuers.
