Free Shipping, Returns, Re-sizing & Certification

You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are insured during transit. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. lovefinejewelry does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to us after 3 unsuccessfully attempts to deliver due to unavailability, lovefinejewelry reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.
(b) If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you don’t know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrier’s website, please contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you. In case of any problems, lovefinejewelry will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
(c) Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

On delivery, you will receive a delivery note showing the date and time for you to sign acceptance.

(d) You or your authorised representative will be asked to sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification.
(e) Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
(f) Should no-one attend the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice.
(g) The driver will try to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.
(h) We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required.
(I) Our liability for any delay in delivery is limited to re-delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
(j) All orders will be delivered with a copy of your invoice and for all jewellery items over R5000 an lovefinejewelry valuation certificate will be issued.
