(a) Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
(b) We deliver our products through our trusted courier partners.
(c) When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).
(d) If your item does not arrive, please contact us at info@lovefinejewelry.com. We will raise an investigation with our couriers.
(a) Your order will be delivered by our trusted carrier. Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises, and a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. All packages are insured during transit. Please ensure someone is available to accept the package. LoveFineJewelry does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-delivery costs may be charged.
(b) If you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your spam folder. If delivery status hasn’t updated, contact our support team. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
(c) Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If damaged, do not accept it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
South Africa:
(a) Orders will be delivered to your doorstep for free during business hours.
(b) Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
(c) Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 10 working days after dispatch.
International:
(a) Orders will be delivered to your doorstep for free.
(b) Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
(c) Orders are generally delivered within 12 to 14 working days after dispatch.
(a) If an item is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you.
(b) Items requiring resizing or custom production may take 12 to 14 working days.
(c) Upon delivery, you will receive a delivery note and must sign for acceptance.
(d) You’ll also receive a detailed invoice by email showing the product, any applicable delivery fees, VAT, and total amount paid.
(e) Anyone accepting delivery on your behalf may be asked for identification.
(f) If no one is available, the driver will retain the product and leave a notice.
(g) They will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery or arrange collection.
(h) We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for re-delivery if needed.
(i) Our liability for delivery delays is limited to re-delivery at a mutually agreed time, at no additional cost.
(j) All orders include a copy of your invoice. For jewelry over R5000, a LoveFineJewelry valuation certificate will be issued.
(k) We offer secure shipping through our trusted partners during business hours.
(l) Please confirm we can ship to your country before completing your order.
(m) Local charges such as tax, VAT, customs duties, and clearance are your responsibility.
