Buy-back Guarantee
At lovefinejewelry we offer a unique Diamond Exchange program which allows you to exchange your diamond for a larger or more valuable stone and only pay the difference.
Only certain certified items of jewelry qualify for the Buy-Back Guarantee. The letters “BBG” confirm that your piece may qualify. An email from lovefinejewelry will be sent within a month of purchase — this qualifies your item for the Buy-Back Guarantee and should be stored safely.
Buy-Back Guarantee Terms
The Buy-Back Guarantee is valid for a period of 3 months after the initial 5-year period has passed. Jewellery purchased on sale, by special order, or custom designed is not eligible.
A levy of 25% applies to jewelry with up to 3 diamonds. Pieces with more than 3 diamonds will incur a higher levy. If the item requires restoration to return it to its original condition, an additional fee will be charged to the client.
The Buy-Back Guarantee may only be conducted through the lovefinejewelry website. All original certificates and invoices must accompany the item.
Eligible Diamond Jewelry
- Rings: 0.25 carats and up (center diamond weight)
- Pendants: 0.25 carats
- Diamond Stud Earrings: 0.40 carats total weight and up
- Bracelets: Only the LoveFineJewelry Traditional Tennis Bracelet of 2 carats and up
- Necklaces: Only the LoveFineJewelry Traditional Tennis Necklace of 5 carats and up
Only jewelry featuring a white round brilliant center diamond of 0.25 carats or more qualifies for the Buy-Back Guarantee.
