Buy-back Guarantee
At lovefinejewelry we offer a unique diamond Exchange program which allows you to exchange your diamond for a larger or more valuable stone and only pay in the difference.
Only certain certified items of jewelry qualify for the buy-back guarantee. The letters “BBG” confirm that your piece may qualify for the Buy-Back guarantee. An email from lovefinejewelry will be sent within a month of purchase, this qualifies your purchase for the Buy-Back Guarantee and should be stored safely.
The Buy-Back Guarantee is valid for a period of 3 months after initial 5 year period has passed. Jewellery which was purchased on sale, special order or custom designs is not eligible. A levy of 25% applies to jewelry with up to 3 diamonds. Jewellery with more than 3 diamonds will incur a higher levy. Should the item require additional work to restore it to its original condition an additional charge will be incurred for the account of the client.
Buy-Back Guarantee may only be conducted through the lovefinejewelry website. All certificates and original invoices must accompany the item.
The following diamond jewelry is currently eligible for the Buy-Back Guarantee:
- Rings: 0.25 carats and up (center diamond weight).
- Pendants: 0.25 carats.
- Diamond Stud Earrings: 0.40 carats total weight and up.
- Bracelets: Only the LoveFineJewelry Traditional Tennis Bracelet of 2 carats and up.
- Necklaces: Only the LoveFinejewelry Traditional Tennis Necklace of 5 carats and up.
Only jewelry which contains a white round brilliant center diamond of 0.25 carats or more qualifies for the Buy-Back Guarantee.
