3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(a) All content, logos, product designs, images, and materials on this website remain the intellectual property of LoveFineJewelry.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

(a) We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.

(b) Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of custom jewellery.

(c) All precious stones and diamonds are subject to natural variations in colour and characteristics.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

(a) All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

(b) LoveFineJewelry reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

(c) Full payment is required before any order is processed.

(d) All credit card payments are securely processed through SSL encryption.

6. CUSTOM-MADE JEWELLERY

(a) All custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is final sale.

(b) In accordance with Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 68 of 2008), custom-made items are non-refundable.

(c) Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

(a) Local South African delivery is complimentary.

(b) International shipping is available and may vary depending on destination.

(c) Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

(d) LoveFineJewelry shall not be held liable for courier delays outside of our control.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

(a) Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to our Returns Policy.

(b) Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

(c) Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

(d) Custom-made and personalised items are excluded from refunds.

9. WARRANTY

(a) All LoveFineJewelry products carry a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects.

(b) This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or third-party repairs.

(c) Annual inspections are recommended to maintain warranty validity.

10. REPAIRS & RESIZING

(a) Repair and resizing services are available subject to inspection.

(b) Free annual cleaning and inspection are available to original purchasers.

(c) Certain ring designs may only be resized a limited number of times.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(a) Use of this website is at your own risk.

(b) LoveFineJewelry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.

(c) We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

12. PRIVACY POLICY
