(a) The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed.

(b) Prices may vary. All prices displayed online are applicable to South Africa/International only.

INSIDE THE BORDERS OF SOUTH AFRICA

(a) All items purchased on the lovefinejewelry website will be delivered within 7 working days.
(b) However all orders placed on a weekend will only be processed on a Monday.

OUTSIDE THE BORDERS OF SOUTH AFRICA

(a) All items purchased on the lovefinejewelry website will be delivered within 10 working days.
(b) However all orders placed on a weekend will only be processed on a Monday.

13. DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

(a) lovefinejewelry makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate.

(b) Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.

14. AGREEMENTS OF SALE

(a) Placing an item in a shopping basket or adding it to a wishlist without completing the purchase cycle does not:

(b) constitute an agreement of sale between NR Diamonds and users cannot hold lovefinejewelry liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or constitute an order for such an item.

(c) An agreement of sale between lovefinejewelry and a user only comes into effect if and when:

(e) An electronic fund transfer (EFT) has cleared into the lovefinejewelry account, accompanied by a correctly referenced proof of payment from customer.

(f) lovefinejewelry reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons.

(g) lovefinejewelry also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. 

(h) lovefinejewelry shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.

(I) lovefinejewelry shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, lovefinejewelry will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.

15. PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

(a) At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorisation is obtained for the amount of the order.

(b) Payment is collected when the order is placed, and before the goods are shipped.

(c) Note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, lovefinejewelry scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if lovefinejewelry, is not satisfied with it’s legitimacy.

16. PRODUCT GUARANTEE

(a) If lovefinejewelry supplies the product and it is in any way damaged, lovefinejewelry will exchange it within 14 days of invoice.

(b) lovefinejewelry will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if a replacement is not possible, lovefinejewelry will refund the purchase price including delivery cost.

(c) Please note: goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear.

(d) If the user is not satisfied with his/her choice and the product is still in mint condition and in its original packaging, the user may return it within 14 days of invoice and lovefinejewelry will refund the purchase price(excluding delivery costs).

(e) Before any goods are returned, a return authorization must be obtained from lovefinejewelry.

(f) This may be obtained via email – info@lovefinejewelry.com by contacting lovefinejewelry Head Office during normal office hours.

(g) All diamonds are tested for authenticity prior to being dispatched to the customer.

(h) All watches must be returned with the guarantee book, watch box and any links which may have been removed.

(I) Proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges and refunds.
The price paid by the customer is the price on which the refund is based.

17. PRIVACY

YOUR PASSWORD

(a) Once you have registered, your personal details can only be accessed by way of a password.

(b) We suggest that you keep this password private to ensure that no one else can gain access to this information.

26. CUSTOMER REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS

(a) You may return the goods for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase,
provided that:

(b) The goods are in their original condition and have not been used, damaged or altered in any way.

(c) For hygienic reasons this excludes earrings and all body jewellery such as nose, belly and toe rings

(d) All goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any watch guarantee and box.

(e) The original invoice is required as proof of purchase.

(f) Jewelry/rings made to order and according to your requested specifications, purchased hand-made items cannot be returned and money cannot be refunded. Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 68 of 2008)

(g) circumstances under which goods cannot be returned.
These circumstances apply to hand-made and customized goods such as tailored clothing, custom-cut curtains or carpets, personalized gadgets, or jewellery made to order.

27. EXCHANGES

(a) You have 30 days from date of purchase in which to exchange your purchase if you are not completely satisfied.

(b) The terms and conditions stated above will apply.

(c) The option of a gift card is also available.

28. DEFECTIVE GOODS

(a) If the goods are defective due to a manufacturing fault they may be returned
within one month of the date of purchase provided that:

29. WARRANTY

(a) The warranty period for the customer is 2 years after delivery of the products. That two years warranty period does not apply if the customer is intentionally or grossly negligent in taking due care of the products. The above liability restrictions do not apply in the case of losses arising from fatality, physical injury or damage to health.

(c) All lovefinejewelry products are provided with a free Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. In case of any manufacturing defect, lovefinejewelry will gladly repair your item free of charge as long as your item meets the terms and conditions for the lifetime warranty.

(d) All repair requests are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before the request is processed. Should our Quality Assurance team determines that the damage has not been caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you about it and let you know if any repair services by lovefinejewelry are available at cost or otherwise.
