A More Flexible Way to Upgrade Your Diamond

Certain certified pieces of jewellery may also qualify for our Buy-Back Guarantee. Items marked with the letters BBG are eligible for consideration.

A confirmation email from lovefinejewelry will be sent within one month of purchase, and this should be retained safely as proof of qualification.

Buy-Back Guarantee Terms

The Buy-Back Guarantee is valid for a period of 3 months after the initial 5-year period has passed. Jewellery purchased on sale, by special order, or custom designed is not eligible.

A levy of 25% applies to jewellery containing up to 3 diamonds. Pieces featuring more than 3 diamonds will incur a higher levy. If restoration is required to return the item to its original condition, an additional charge will apply.

The Buy-Back Guarantee may only be processed through the lovefinejewelry website. All original invoices and certificates must accompany the item.

0.25 carats and above (center diamond weight)
Pendants:

0.25 carats and above
Diamond Stud Earrings:

0.40 carats total weight and above
Bracelets:

Only the lovefinejewelry Traditional Tennis Bracelet of 2 carats and above
Necklaces:

Only the lovefinejewelry Traditional Tennis Necklace of 5 carats and above

Only jewellery featuring a white round brilliant center diamond of 0.25 carats or more qualifies for the Buy-Back Guarantee.
