General Questions FAQ

Not all. Some of the wedding bands does not require CAD design and will be produced directly by hand. You can request a free copy of your CAD file. Contact us and request a copy of your CAD file, use your Order Number as a reference.

We include a complimentary insurance appraisal with all Diamond Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands. VALUATION CERTIFICATE UPGRADE: To keep up to date with changes in the Jewellery market you need to have your items valued at least every 2 years, this service is NOT FREE and the amount of R: 350 will be charged to renew the valuation certificate. NOTE: Under request of the insurance companies in order to renew the valuation certificates, the original ring or “rings’ must be presented with a copy of the valuation certificate in our office.

No, our rings are not hollow inside. Our products are solid and produced based on the metal properties selected by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Shipping is free when you place an order. We use FedEx Jewelry Shipping Program
At LoveFineJewelry we ship Internationally.
Your order will be sent along with its certificate, gift box and invoice in a securely packed box.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped out, from there you can track your item on LoveFineJewelry.
All our packages are insured during transit. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy for further information.
The cost of return shipping is not covered by LoveFineJewelry and remains the customer's responsibility..
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped out.
For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy for further information.

Ordering FAQ

Each LoveFineJewelry product is customized and is produced based on customer's choice of options. We don't work with stocks and each product needs to go through the production process. We continuously work on improving the production time to make sure we can deliver our products as soon as possible. If you have an approaching event or special occasion, you can also choose from various handling and delivery options that will help you receive your product faster than the standard delivery time.
Once your order has been placed, you will have to contact customer support if you would like to cancel the order or modify anything on the order.
We do not offer any demo products but we do offer a very flexible Return Policy, so you don't need to worry about placing an order and not liking it. Our Return Policy gives you a chance to return your product within 30 days following the receipt of your order as long as it meets the return conditions. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
LoveFineJewelry gift boxes are provided only with the purchase and cannot be sold separately.
If you are expecting an order confirmation email but you haven't received it please make sure that your payment has gone through and you have seen the order confirmation page on our website. If you are sure that the transaction was successful, check your spam folder to make sure the confirmation email was not blocked by your inbox. If you still can't see it you can contact our customer support team for assistance. Don't forget to add us in your safe email list, if you are using increased security settings for your inbox. Each LoveFineJewelry product is customized and produced based on customer's choice of options. We don't work with stocks and each product needs to go through the production process. This is why we kindly ask our customers to avoid comparison shopping and only order the item they like. Please remember that we have a 30-day free resizing policy and we do our utmost to satisfy our customers with the products that they choose. If you need to change the ring size or you are not happy with your product, we will gladly assist you. Orders including comparison purchase items are most likely to be cancelled before the production process.

Ring sizing FAQ

The best way to find out your ring size is to go to our ring size guide and download the free ring-sizer and follow the instructions to find your exact size,Please check our Ring Size Guide for further information.
Don't worry if your ring doesn't fit your finger because you can send your ring back for free resizing within the first 30 days following the receipt of your order. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
If you are planning a surprise and you are not sure about the size of the ring, you can always order the average ring size and send it back to us for resizing within the first 30 days of receipt of your product. The average ring size varies between L1/2-N for women and S-T1/2 for men. Please check our Ring Size Guide for further information.

We don't have any commercial agreements or B2B partners at the moment. If you see lovefinejewelry products sold by any other jewellers, it means that those are not genuine lovefinejewelry products and not under our warranty.
Each of our offices are registered with the legal and commercial authorities in South Africa, our history goes back 30 years.

Metals FAQ

Platinum is a precious metal often used for setting or mounting high quality diamonds and gemstones. Platinum is a strong, durable and dense metal which is valued for its white color and purity. It is also a great alternative for those who are allergic to gold and silver.
You can view all available options and customize your product prior to placing your order. However, the options such as metal type, stone type and carat cannot be modified after placing an order.
The country of origin varies depending on the selected type and quality of the gemstone. You can find this information on the product page. LoveFineJewelry has adopted the principles of the Kimberley Process and all our diamonds as well as our gemstones are supplied by ethical sources.
We use South African Gold.
Yes, all diamonds as well as other precious and semi-precious stones that we use are natural.

Returns FAQ

We offer a very flexible Return Policy, so you don't need to worry about placing an order and not liking it. Our Return Policy gives you an opportunity to return your product within 30 days following the receipt of your order as long as it meets the return conditions. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
All you need to do is to fill in our online return form, submit it for resizing, print a copy of the form and send it to us along with your product. You can also downlaod a free ring sizer in the meantime to make sure your new ring size will be correct by going to knowledge center under jewellery Education. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
No, please do not send any accessories or complementary items along with your ring when you return it for resizing or repair. We are unable to store any additional items received with the product, thus they will not be returned to you after the resizing or repair process.
No, please do not get your product serviced at a 3rd party as it will void your lifetime warranty.
Sure you can! You can either select an engraving while you place your order or you can return it to us to add an engraving after you receive your item. Please remember that adding an engraving while you place an order is free of charge but the engraving service afterwards is a paid service.
Removing an engraving is not a standard service that we offer.
You can exchange your product as long as it meets the return conditions. You can read our Return Policy for more information. Please remember that custom designs are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Yes, you can. Engraving is not an obstacle for resizing.
The fee for the resizing procedure depends on the product options along with the difference between the current size and the requested size. The type of the metal, number of the stones, design of the product are some of the factors that affect pricing. Once you send your ring to us, we will check it and determine what kind of procedure will be followed. Then we will inform you about the fee.

Engraving FAQ

LoveFineJewelry recognizes the importance of the special moment you treasure, especially with each detail that matters therefore we offer free engraving on our rings.
No, engraving won't change the production time.
If the product that you would like to buy is engravable, you will see the engraving option on the product page.

Vouchers FAQ

You can subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to win vouchers and discount codes.
When you add a product to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout, you will see the Gift Card / Voucher field on the payment method page. Please enter the code before you make the payment and make sure the discount has been applied. Discounts cannot be applied after placing an order.
