PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Terms and Conditions — LoveFineJewelry Price Match Guarantee

1. The Price Match Guarantee applies only prior to the purchase of your LoveFineJewelry diamond or jewellery item.

2. To validate a competing price, you must provide: (1) a copy of the GIA or EGL grading report, and (2) a direct website link or official published offer showing the price.

3. The competing offer must be publicly available and not based on a private or exclusive discount.

4. The lower price must still be active at the time of verification by LoveFineJewelry; expired offers will not be honored.

5. The competitor's diamond must match in all specifications, including cut, color, clarity, carat weight, fluorescence, table/depth percentages, and symmetry.

6. LoveFineJewelry retains the sole discretion to determine whether a competing diamond is a fair comparison.

7. Fancy-colored diamonds are not eligible for the Price Match Guarantee.

8. The competitor’s diamond must be accompanied by a GIA or EGL grading report dated within the last 12 months.

9. The competing diamond must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the stated price.

10. The LoveFineJewelry price will reflect all applied rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts. Shipping and handling costs will be factored into the comparison.

11. Promotions involving rebates, bundled items, or gift certificates are excluded from eligibility.

12. Offers marked as limited-time, clearance, liquidation, or part of going-out-of-business sales do not qualify.

13. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to pricing or typographical errors, whether on a competitor’s or our own platform.

14. Offers from pawn shops or auction platforms (online or physical) are not eligible.

15. Only one diamond or jewelry item per customer qualifies. Repeat claims or multiple items are not permitted.

16. This offer applies solely to purchases for personal use.

17. Purchases intended for resale or commercial purposes are not eligible.

18. If a price match is approved, LoveFineJewelry will honor the adjusted price for 48 hours only.

19. LoveFineJewelry reserves the right to verify all competing information and to decline any request at its discretion.

20. We reserve the right to: (1) decline price match requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) discontinue the Price Match Guarantee without notice.
